Our Spontan Series is 100% spontaneously fermented beer aged in oak barrels for 1 to 3 years. It is made with wort produced by lambic producers, not with wort and microbiological cocktails.

For this variation we are excited to present Spontandryhop Mosaic– By generously Dry Hopping during the brew process, we have created a uniquely delicious and sour beer.

Aged at our barrel house in Belgium.
