Dark Horse Barrel-Aged this Guatemala Pachuj green coffee in Maple Bourbon barrels for 44 days. Mikkeller used these same barrels for their Traeblod Imperial Stout variant. What we got was a super clean and complex coffee without that overly & dominant boozy taste. This is a must try!
