Imperial Stout Made w/ Roasted Pumpkin, Maple, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Vanilla & Aged in Bourbon Barrels

- This couldn't have been a more enthralling beer to produce, and challenging in it's own right - but so worth it. We didn't need to design a pumpkin beer, necessarily, but we thought it would be fun. In pure form, we chopped, scooped, and roasted til candied and delicious, dozens of gourds just for this variation. After infusion on our freshly processed gourdy-friends, we treated Pun KXNG with a thoughtful blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and maple for the perfect mid-palate experience. But we couldn't go without vanilla, cause that just makes everything better. Long live the Pun KXNG!
