THE POLICIES

Club Membership and benefits are nontransferable and limited to first come first served. Public registration begins March 1, 2022 and benefits go into effect April 1st, 2022. The 2023-2024 club year ends March 31, 2024. The current club year (2022-2023) ends on March 31, 2023.

Unless specifically stated, benefits apply to the member only and may not be applied to any other individual. Mikkeller SD reserves the right to revoke a club membership, without refund, due to refusal to observe Brewery policies.

Bottles are allotted prior to releases. Memberships not purchased prior to release days may not receive allotted bottles for that day’s release nor previous releases.

Each person is allowed to have a maximum of one membership. If a member is found to have multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the unused portion of all of that person’s memberships.

They will respond to you in a timely manner during normal business hours.

All beer purchased and obtained through your Beer Club membership is for the purpose of personal consumption only. Reselling bottles without a wholesale account is illegal. Licensed retailers are prohibited from purchasing beer as a Beer Club Member unless it is solely for personal consumption and not for resale or distribution. If a club member is found illegally reselling our beer, their membership will be canceled.

*All Membership sales are final. Each membership is non-refundable & non-transferable.

You must be 21 years old or older to be in the Mikkeller Beer Club (US). All pickup purchases take place in San Diego, California. A CA sales tax will be applied to all orders at a rate of 7.75% as of 4/17/17. 

 

PROXIES

Club members may designate a Proxy to pick-up their beer at the Mikkeller Little Italy Tasting Room. The 15% discount and other club benefits do not apply to Proxy. Mikkeller SD is not responsible for any allocation once it has been signed for and picked up by a member or their Proxy. Please allow yourself adequate time to check the accuracy of all orders before taking possession of the beer. We are not responsible for replacing orders after they have been signed for. It is your responsibility as a member to communicate with your Proxy about what orders need to be picked up. There will be NO non–club member pick up for early limited can releases.
