Sour Ale Brewed with Yuzu & Aged in Oak Barrels
Our Spontan Series is 100% spontaneously fermented beer aged in oak barrels for 1 to 3 years. It is made with wort produced by lambic producers, not with wort and microbiological cocktails.
For this variation we are excited to present Spontanyuzu– forming an alliance with yuzu lemons which were generously added during the brew process to create a truly unique and very sour beer
