Farmhouse-style Ale w/ Crosby Idaho 7 Wet Hops & Aged in Oak Barrels Aged for 12 Months. A reflection of what inspires us, and things which pose challenge - a union of maturity and freshness, a hallmark of keen blending and utilization of season. At the top of hop harvest we came into some amazing Idaho 7 wet hops that were so pungent and lively that we sought to find a blend of aged barrel stock to complement them. A selection of farmhouse-style ales and golden sour barrels brought forward an awesome complexity of funk, depth of oak, and citrus oils. Dry-hopped with the fresh hops for over a week, then naturally conditioned for clarity before packaging. Draw a circle, it is hard.
