Idle Chatter – Oak Aged Golden Sour Ale. A collaborative blend with Fremont Brewing Co (Seattle)
The Time We Faced – Wild Ale fermented & aged in French Oak barrels with California Yellow Peaches. Collaboration with our distant relatives at Mikkeller Baghaven
Guavaja – Mikkeller Baghaven Danish Wild Ale fermented and aged in a French Oak Foeder and then aged on pink guava
Spontanchokeberry – Import Sour ale brewed with chokeberries and aged in oak barrels.
